Working with clients and building that long term relationship with them. Strategizing long term marketing campaigns for clients.
Cons
The atmosphere itself is depressing and coworkers are not happy there. It’s very much like high school with cliques and the sad part is the managers are the ones creating this. Managers have the mindset of what have you done for me lately and that is discouraging to all. Isn’t the work place supposed to represent the job market? In the Munster location please ask how many African Americans work there? 1 and she doesn’t even get to face clients. Hispanics ? 3 and two rarely go on calls. All new hires are blonde! Really Lee!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself especially since we are in northwest Indiana
