Whoops...I made a big career mistake, the turnover is high and everyone working here is fearful of losing their jobs. It like existing without soul. For good reason. The management spends most of its time looking a people to lay off. They will lay you off when you are at dinner with your family, on vacation, wherever and whenever. Sadly, they seem to enjoy it.
