Don't stay here for long - Anonymous employee Lee Enterprises Employee Review

Benefits are atrocious and management is horrendously out-of-touch with employees. There were no yearly reviews/pay increases until someone from my team actually contacted higher management. Stocks are plummeting and the company is bleeding out money while board members and CEO continue to rake in the money. Newspapers are dying and I can only see this ship continue on it's inevitable path of completely sinking.
