Pros
Corporate was very good during the beginning of the Pandemic of offering unprecedented initiatives for local businesses.
Cons
When the time came for Local Markets to make reductions in staff, the Local recommendations were ignored by Corporate. Corporate only saw titles on paper with no knowledge of local impact or engagement. In the end positions were eliminated leaving each Local market with less leadership and guidance.
