Pros
There is literally not a single pro to this job
Cons
Every aspect of the job. To begin with you have to be in over a dozen systems just to service an account, the company is the most disorganized company I have ever worked for, right before my class was supposed to begin T3 training they canceled it and left us as T2 reps, meaning we couldn't take advantage of the pay bonuses, the lack of leadership is beyond frustrating as your job is nothing more than people complaining about how bad their paper carrierers are, and now they have rolled out a new service system that requires for you to be in 56 computer programs just to service an account. The managers are rude and barely respond and they pay is just insulting for the level of stress the job comes with. It literally takes almost half an hour when you clock in to get everything to open and take calls and by that time you are already out of adherence for the day
