      Tough industry so have to be willing to work with cutbacks which unfortunately means losing coworkers.

      None that I know of.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, 70-hour work weeks, constant fear of staff reductions, community calls daily complaining about the lack of news. I could go on forever.
