      None. And I mean it.

      Cons

      No raises. Ever. Very low pay. No incentives. Micro management. Will fire others and put all their work on you. Never let your resume get dusty while working here.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, 70-hour work weeks, constant fear of staff reductions, community calls daily complaining about the lack of news. I could go on forever.
