The management is young, inexperienced, and immature. They have no idea how to handle conflict among st employees or customers, They are very immature. The hourly salary is pathetic for someone with a college education. The HR department doesn't care about employees and their well being, and could care less if you have a concern. The working environment is not conducive to productive work flow. The sales team that is constantly on the phone, sits too close to the individuals that aren't. They also play loud and inappropriate music in the workplace.
