      The editorial side of the company was excellent and well educated.

      Cons

      Horrible HR department, no room for growth, extreme turnover rate, little training for new hires, and a generally very passive aggressive environment.

      None that I know of.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, 70-hour work weeks, constant fear of staff reductions, community calls daily complaining about the lack of news. I could go on forever.
