      Made great connections within the community and got to do a ton of writing on a variety of topics.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits were terrible and we had NO work/life balance. Seriously understaffed and overworked!

      None that I know of.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, 70-hour work weeks, constant fear of staff reductions, community calls daily complaining about the lack of news. I could go on forever.
