Pros
Local (Lincoln, NE) staff and management are mostly decent folks to work with/for. Benefits are OK but I've had better at other newspaper chains.
Cons
Corporate is wringing every nickel and dime it can out of its properties. Low pay relative to some other newspaper chains Layoffs have been a regular thing for the past eight years Nearly no raises in many years and when there have been it's been like 2 percent
