Cons
Must make 90% of goal to get a few hundred bucks, but if you make 100% of your goal you get a set amount of commission, then it is tiered by percentage for every 25% over your goal. Only problem is that goals can be set unrealistically high and management says it won't change it, but doesn't apply this equally to all employees. Lots to learn. Expect to start from scratch; there is no book of business. Once you sell, you have to book for billing and enter info on multiple platforms, and the processes are overly complicated. You also have to come up with your own ideas for creative and copy sometimes. Expectations are to sell multiple clients on constantly changing and expanding products. Little safety net for staff emergencies to handle clients and deadlines. Some management styles are to push, push, push, and claim to be available to help, but when you ask, get bounced from person to person, Competitive. Will not hesitate to let you go in less than 90 days if you're not a good fit, which can be vague.
