no upward mobility, politics are toxic, the mesh of managers and upper management can be confusing with mixed signals getting to employees, management seem to want robots - if you have any new ideas or want to be involved in improving processes keep it to yourself - often ridiculed by managers for having any sort of ideas or trying to be proactive in my job
