Pros
Lee was a good place to work, the past several years there have been numerous changes. Good system in general, employees (for the most part) do try their best
Cons
Administration and Management needs stop revising workflows on a constant basis. It’s all about the money with Lee, however, employees have not gotten a bonus in 2 years, but the CEO does get his, and so do the higher ups! Raises have been terrible the past few years. Keep building new facilities but they cannot find qualified employees. Bigger is not always better!
