Pros

The patients are amazing and appreciate what I do

Cons

Supervisors are clueless as to what I need to help my patients, and uncaring- they ignore problems instead of confronting them. Coworkers do not treat other coworkers with the "empathy" that is supposed to be perpetuated under our "Exceptional Lee" program. We could work until we die and my supervisor wouldn't care... If you get really sick for a week during the winter because your patient brought in a cold, there goes your vacation time because you vacation and sick time are grouped together. Oh, and did I mention that we have to take vacation days for holdiays? I didn't think this was legal, but Lee found yet another way to treat their employees like crap.

Pros

Centrally located and proximity to home. Staff friendly, for the most part.

Cons

System directors are narcissistic and egotistical. Business practices are not standardized. Business staff lacks initiative. Management lacks the ability to lead and organize staff. Some conversations contain unethical practices.
