Management on the Mom/Baby Unit is TERRIBLE!! Most of the nursing staff are excellent, but if you are planning to apply for a job there, BEWARE. They will sacrifice you to make themselves look good, never back you up when you try to enforce policies, and they definitely have their favorites who have been there for years, abuse the system and make no secret of it, then expect others to pick up their slack. Management does nothing about these people.
