Pros
I love my co workers and my supervisors. The company has great benefits. They are always asking for feedback and want the employees involved in making the workplace better and more efficient.
Cons
The company benefits from survey scores so they really focus on them and put a lot of stress on the employees if the ratings drop. The area is very seasonal so they have a hard time managing staff. During season we are understaffed and in season we are over staffed which is frustrating.
