Pros
Not much. They're trying to do well but the quality of care is awful here. Some great managers but most others who aren't pursuing higher degrees just seem incompetent to me. I wouldn't even bring my own child here for care. It's a gamble, it really is.
Cons
I've seen too many preventable deaths in this facility!! Absolutely terrible. Upper immediate managers are great but as a whole, it brings any competent individual down. Not to mention families who come in for care. They are very well aware of the quality and question everything you do. And for most providers here, they should!! Takes be back 15 years in nursing!
