CEO and President deeply care about their people. Heavy focus on culture and core values and truly wanting to make a great company with great employee experience. So many incredible and competent and talented people in every department at every level. Leadership is truly inspiring. Very compassionate and intelligent and competent professionals in charge.

It’s always hard when it’s multi state and distributed workforce- though that’s not a reflection of Lee Spring, just a challenge. Everyone is so so busy that it can be challenging to connect.

Some of the employees are really nice and helpful.

Just a miserable place to work. management does not care about employees. The pay is less than market. They treat people poorly and don’t value anyone but themselves.
