Pros
Not as many hours as other firms. Nice location of the main office. Nice traveling bonus. Clients are very friendly. Helps it's employee obtain their CPA license. Partners are nice.
Cons
Micromanaged. They do not take into consideration where you live when they assign clients to you. A lot of the staff is related to the partners (son, cousin, nephew, etc.) The salary is very low compared to the market. Some supervisors are very unfriendly.
