      Pros

      LegalZoom has done a fantastic job helping its employees feel and stay connected in its remote friendly environment. Regular onsite collaborations, off sites, leadership trainings and gatherings include the numerous investments the company makes in its people!

      Cons

      It’s a fast paced environment so is really best for those that want to be part of a dynamic company

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Allows remote for the time being

      Cons

      AI everywhere. It seems like a return to office mandate is right around the corner (no longer allowing new remote employees). Code quality doesn't seem important anymore, only how much you can get done with AI.
