      Strong stomachs only please. Tech is going through a lot of change so Zoomers need to be comfy operating in ambiguity and navigating change.

      Allows remote for the time being

      AI everywhere. It seems like a return to office mandate is right around the corner (no longer allowing new remote employees). Code quality doesn't seem important anymore, only how much you can get done with AI.
