      Snacks….but also is stuffing your face all day with snacks really a pro.

      Cons

      5 days in office. They limit when you can use your PTO. Very inefficient internal systems.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Allows remote for the time being

      Cons

      AI everywhere. It seems like a return to office mandate is right around the corner (no longer allowing new remote employees). Code quality doesn't seem important anymore, only how much you can get done with AI.
