      Pros

      Dress code. Free soda and bagels.

      Cons

      Legalzoomed is micromanaged to the 100th degree. Compensation is lacking. They do not value their employees. No work/personal life balance. Must work late hours. Mandatory overtime. Yes I said mandatory.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Allows remote for the time being

      Cons

      AI everywhere. It seems like a return to office mandate is right around the corner (no longer allowing new remote employees). Code quality doesn't seem important anymore, only how much you can get done with AI.
