      Pros

      great Christmas party, good medical benefits.

      Cons

      No good place to begin. I worked there from 8am to 10pm and weekends, got good feedback and got many things done and was promptly laid off without any reason - just shoved at the door with all my personal belongings in a dirty box with my last paycheck. Happens frequently there. Don't say you weren't warned.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Allows remote for the time being

      Cons

      AI everywhere. It seems like a return to office mandate is right around the corner (no longer allowing new remote employees). Code quality doesn't seem important anymore, only how much you can get done with AI.
