      Job was fast paced, the directors were amazing! People were so nice and free Costa machine

      Cons

      The Americans decided to do a mass redundancy out of nowhere. People who had worked their for many years had to go elsewhere.

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Allows remote for the time being

      Cons

      AI everywhere. It seems like a return to office mandate is right around the corner (no longer allowing new remote employees). Code quality doesn't seem important anymore, only how much you can get done with AI.
