      Pros

      The environment was great, the associates were all positive. The Senior manger I worked under was always positive and understanding. our Sales goals changed as our sales increased. bonuses are paid out each month and based on how enthusiastic you were you could earn a nice lump sum.

      Cons

      Working with a team lead/manager that did not have ANY prior management training or coaching and did not know how to control his multiple personalities.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Good benefits and good culture

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
