Pros
The people that work here are awesome. Company is relatively good at caring for their folks - recently they opened a pretty nice gym and a subsidized snack bar. The idea of revolutionizing the law and making it accessible to all is still a fulfilling one.
Cons
Company culture is going through a large shift with the CTO and CFO currently exiting and a new CMO just starting and bringing in her own people. With this change comes uncertainties, politics, fear, etc but nothing outside of the norm for a company that is reinventing itself. I believe management has good intentions but is still in the storming phase. Unsure if it will get better or worse.
