      Pros

      There are some really amazing leaders who care and want to make the culture better.

      Cons

      Lots of talk about work/life balance but it’s nonexistent. Many people leaders don’t have experience managing people which makes reviews awkward at best and the ability to give honest feedback nonexistent If you worked with anyone that came from Intuit then you’re happy and life is great for you - if you’re a long time employee you are treated like you’re disposable The COO/CPO makes all the decisions. Hard to feel any sincerity from the CEO with all the weird stuff going on

      Pros

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Cons

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Pros

      Good benefits and good culture

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
