Pros
On site gym, free coffee/tea, free bagels on fridays, convenience store style market place in case you forgot your lunch or you are short on time, free legal plan as a full time employee, decent sick/vaca/pto accrual.
Cons
Home grown management, poor communication, too many chiefs and not enough indians. The culture that LegalZoom is so proud of creating is disappearing every day. Low and mid level managers treat employees terribly. Double standards everywhere. John and Frank blow smoke in town hall meetings twice a year and then they allow their low and mid level management to do whatever they want. No accountability. Common sense ignored.
