Pros
Working as a team- mostly. They also did a personal traits test to know your communication style. Training was a lot of learning to communicate depending your style and coworkers around you. You get bonuses based on what you sell. There is a gym and video games for use.
Cons
The description of the job I applied for was not accurate. There were quotas that needed to be hit that was not part of the original contract. Businesses change but this was during the 6 weeks of training before hitting the floor so it threw everyone off. They use salesforce, an old version so it didnt always log sales properly. I was having to log them myself to ensure I was getting paid for all of them. This took a lot of extra time. If you have worked in a call center before-you know you don't have any spare time while on the phones!
