At LegalZoom, we strive for a culture that enables our employees to have the right balance, especially in a new remote-first environment of work-life integration, while also continuing to meet and exceed our company and team goals. We always encourage employees to share priorities, commitments and timelines with their leaders on a regular basis, and as new or changing initiatives come along the way, we support employees in partnering with managers to appropriately reprioritize the highest impact work to ensure success and a manageable workload.
Additionally, at a team-wide level, the Marketing team has developed employee engagement action items, which include 1-1 check-ins to review key projects and dependencies for prioritization, as well as asking questions to ensure each team member has the support they need to succeed both professionally and at home.
