Pros
Really talented, smart, and overachieving ICs. Lots of opportunities to impact the product and company's future. Strong focus on design and the customer problem. High comp packages, but I think those are now a thing of the past (2020-2022).
Cons
Micromanagement from leadership. The focus of strategy vs. execution changes day-to-day. Firings of senior leaders and management without notice. No exit interviews on dismissals.
