      Pros

      The level of collaboration and teamwork is fantastic. My peers and core team truly care about each other and continue to build and grow our business. The pay is competitive, the team culture is positive, and I enjoy the work.

      Cons

      The company is still building processes and growing; at times it has appeared to move too fast and not taken steps to create foundational resources to minimize reliance on institutional knowledge, which can create churn. There are steps to address this, which will take time. We are on the right path!
