Pros
I had always heard about LegalZoom and how much it brought to the table with diversity and culture. My time at LegalZoom was short lived only a little over a year but it was not a pleasant experience. You'll be very overworked and drained and pushing feedback to C team goes nowhere.
Cons
Most of the employees complain about Micromanaging and how the manager will often give no help. I can testify to this. I was recently let go for not being a strict manager, for not writing anyone up or putting anyone on corrective action. I believe in building a solid team with a positive work environment. There are tech issues we overcome on a daily basis that prevent people from doing their job and that seems to always be overlooked and pushed back on the employees. My heart went out to a lot of employees here and I tried to fight for you and make things better but the C team just wouldn't listen.
