Pros
I came to Legrand through an acquisition more than 2 decades ago. It was a good ride for me. I worked in teams of good people. I was well supported. I enjoyed working with my customers. My work was always interesting. Never had a boring day or a day I didn't want to go to work. My ride ended because of the 2020 pandemic. My connections with many of my former colleagues have been valuable personally and professionally.
Cons
There were a few things stereotypical of corporate life, but not many for me. I always considered it just enough to have the luxury of something to complain about that was never more than a minor annoyance and didn't really impact my ability to do my job or live my life. I get that other people may have had experiences different than mine.
