Large company, very easy to collect a big paycheck, put in minimal effort, and work there for 20-30 years.
Cons
Lots of midlevel management who add no value and are the last ones to go when the chips are down. When lots of small companies were scraping pennies to keep staff on board, Legrand with billions in its coffers fired half their sales force less than a month in.
