4yThank you very much for your feedback. The individual experiences you describe are unfortunately very negative. They clearly contradict our corporate values. As a team, we are dependent on having grievances addressed directly to implement necessary improvements. In addition to contacting supervisors, anonymous speak-up hotlines are available to all employees. We sincerely hope that you have taken up this opportunity, given what you have described. In our most recent employee survey, which was also anonymous, Leica Microsystems was rated positively in the areas of diversity, inclusion, and trust by a large majority of over 80% of the team. Our employees and managers work together to ensure a strong culture of inclusion and engage in open and honest dialogue to shape and continuously improve our culture on a day-to-day basis.
