Good colleagues and cooperative work environment but unnecessary management over head - Senior Software Engineer Leidos Employee Review

I absolutely loved working at Leidos. The team was supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help each other succeed. There were plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies, take on challenging projects, and grow professionally. Leadership encouraged career development, and I felt there were many paths for advancement. The work environment was positive, respectful, and flexible, making it a great place to build a career. Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
