Pros

When it was SAIC, we had vision, teamwork, mentorship and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Cons

When they were SAIC and Employee-Owned, there was a sense of pride, ownership and accountability among each employee. We worked for ourselves and one another. There was also quite a bit of mentorship, and old hands did what they could to make newcomers part of the team and enhance their value....and look for other ways to increase value to to our clients and customers. It started going downhill when SAIC forced Dr Bob Beyster out and went public. Then we were at the mercy of bean-counters and accountants...who took control...and split the golden goose..into SAIC and Leidos...and forgot what made us the largest Employee Owned Company in the world.

Pros

Now, they're Leidos has taken over QTC, I appreciate the management styles and expectation. So I am much happier now

Cons

I do not like how diagnostic exams, including blood pressures, take up an hour slot which does Involve me at all. This leads to huge gaps in my schedule and as a contractor, sitting idle without making money is not really beneficial for me.

Pros

Employed barely company is going under

Cons

Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
