Pros
Easy, centralized access to HR, timesheet services, benefits, payroll, helpdesk, etc. Benefits, though not outstanding, are comprehensive. Many contract vehicles to choose from should you find yourself in need of a new project and have the right skills and clearance level.
Cons
This place is so very corporate. As stiff, bureaucratic, and red tape laden as a large organization can be. Don't count on getting anything that doesn't fit the cookie cutter form. Reviews are an utter and complete joke as are the salary increases, which are sometimes zero. The written description in a review could label you as outstanding, but you'll only get a 3/5 rating so they won't have to give up any money. And in the same breath they love to send emails about winning new contracts and how much money they're making.
