Pros

The company genuinely supports organic growth, so there is a lot of room for your own personal career growth. Transfers are easy and fairly painless and you can go in a completely different direction is you'd like.

Cons

As is with any other big company and/or defense contractor, there is a substantial amount of bureaucracy throughout the company no matter what level you sit at. While some of it is mandated in order to maintain Government and DoD compliance, it creates tons of additional and unnecessary work and the outcome rarely equates value-wise. It can be hard to tell whether the company actually cares about you or not on the individual level; it seems as though they rarely care until you're a problem. This can lead to a lot unhappy employees on the ground; turnover rates are high and backfilling rates are low . We're expected to do more with a lot less. When questions are asked related to dollar-valued effort, upper management delegates them out often because they don't know or care to figure out themselves. There should be some sort of general awareness at each level, but what's reported up rarely makes it and usually gets funneled out. Your work is highly critiqued, but rarely rewarded and often times you don't have a voice.

Pros

Employed barely company is going under

Cons

Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
