Pros

The leadership is dedicated to skilled management, ethical practice, and compliance with stringent regulatory and legal requirements. The tools available to employees are adequate. Reporting requirements are reasonable. Benefits are excellent.

Cons

Management style is definitely top down. Work assignments at client sites are role driven, rather than value driven. This makes the company more of a temporary staffing agency than a management or engineering consulting firm.

Pros

Now, they're Leidos has taken over QTC, I appreciate the management styles and expectation.So I am much happier now

Cons

I do not like how diagnostic exams, including blood pressures, take up an hour slot which does Involve me at all. This leads to huge gaps in my schedule and as a contractor, sitting idle without making money is not really beneficial for me.

Employed barely company is going under

Cons

Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
