Pros
The company does interesting/challenging, often cutting edge, work for it's customers. Our folks supporting customers are still our best foot forward.
Cons
Too many legacy Lockheed cultural biases are still in play: 1) Bias against remote workers. 2) Vast majority of leadership positions in corp BD are all legacy ISGS. 3) Most of the "new" managers hired from outside for new ideas , have earlier Lockheed time on their resumes. 4) Appearance over substance is now encouraged and rewarded by management.
