      Pros

      Individual work groups can be extremely competent and satisfying to work for.

      Cons

      Little to no management support. Benefits are constantly getting cut. Very poor healthcare options. No raises for the workers.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
