Flexible low stress work as a therapist. We don’t take notes or do any paperwork. This is a fun way to work with kids.
Cons
When Leidos obtain the contract for military family life counseling, they offered me a significant pay decrease from the previous company had paid me to do the same job. other words to continue doing my job that I have done through Magellan health, and continue working at the same school I had worked at, I was forced to take less pay than I had been making. I was able to negotiate a little bit but at a certain point they said they would not negotiate with us. I love my job and the clients I work with, I have felt extremely disrespected and undervalued by Leidos as a company.
