      Pros

      Was a wonderful company when it was employee-owned; and prior to SAIC split was still above average

      Cons

      IPO'd in 2006 and shareholder value became main driver. Multiple COO/CEO since founder retired, each has left a mark that is less than stellar. No sense of any loyalty to employee. Laid off via email after more than 20 years.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
