Pros
The recruiting process was straight forward, I was not given the run-around by anybody on the formerly Max-IT staff. When the client is satisfied, I feel that there is plenty of positive feedback given to the consultant. The administrative staff is easy to reach, any issues have been resolved quickly and without headache. Reimbursement for expenses/travel have been fair and prompt.
Cons
Full time remote engagements have become rare, all of the current new opportunities require full time travel which may not work for everyone. I do not know how many people are actively seeking a new contract, but the opportunities currently available are mainly east coast or NW.
