      Pros

      One of the main benefits is the ability of the large company getting contracts. I like the direction of the company, but we will see what is to come.

      Cons

      Being a big company is not always a good thing. It's easy to become disconnected. Having leads that keep you in the loop help bridge this gap.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
