Pros
I love my manager and senior leadership in my reporting chain. When they talk about work-life balance they mean it - they encourage time away from work and disconnecting when away. I have taken on additional responsibilities over the years and have been compensated for it.
Cons
There has been a lot of restructuring in the last couple years so it's hard to know who's on first, where you fit into the organization. Medical benefits aren't as "rich" as they use to be, but they are definitely still much cheaper and way better than what you can buy on the exchange/obamacare. Vacation time granted each year is generous.
